30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at locoblue90@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Once approved, send the package via courier and provide us with the tracking number.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at locoblue90@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

Consumer Complaint – Faulty Products

If a product is defective, you may request a replacement, repair, or price reduction. Complaints must be submitted within 1 year of noticing the defect, and while the item is still under warranty. We respond within 30 days of receiving your complaint. Contact: locoblue90@gmail.com. Do not return products before contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal care products (e.g., opened beauty items)

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it first. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
